摘要
癫痫是最常见的神经系统疾病之一,其反复发作的特点给患者和社会带来了严重的负面影响。肝肾阴虚为癫痫虚证之根本,构建病证结合的急性肝肾阴虚证癫痫的动物模型,对研究中医药在肝肾阴虚证癫痫发生和药物耐药性机制至关重要。然而目前尚未有统一的急性癫痫肝肾阴虚证的动物造模方法。因此,在不断深入的疾病病理变化和中医证候研究的基础上,采用病证结合动物模型的研究方法,探索构建急性癫痫肝肾阴虚证动物模型的最优化组合及评价标准,以阐明中医药的科学内涵。
Epilepsy is one of the most common neurological diseases,and repeated seizures of epilepsy have serious negative impacts on patients and society.Yin-deficiency of Liver and Kidney is the foundation of deficiency syndrome in epilepsy.It is very important to construct an animal model of acute epilepsy with Yin-deficiency of Liver and Kidney to study the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the occurrence of epilepsy with Yin-deficiency of Liver and Kidney syndrome and to explore its drug resistance.However,there is no unified animal modeling method for acute epilepsy with Yin-deficiency of Liver-Kidney.Therefore,on the basis of deepening the study of pathological changes and syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine,using the research method of disease-syndrome combined with animal models,to explore the optimal combination and evaluation criteria of animal models of acute epilepsy with Yin-deficiency of Liver and Kidney,in order to clarify the scientific connotation of traditional Chinese medicine.
