摘要
柴胡为伞形科植物柴胡或北柴胡的干燥根,是临床上常用的中药之一。柴胡具有诸多化学成分和药理作用,其化学成分主要包含柴胡皂苷类、挥发油类、黄酮类以及多糖类等,主要有抗抑郁、抗炎、免疫调节、保肝护肝等药理作用。本文对近年来柴胡的相关文献进行综述,希望能够对柴胡的临床应用、开发利用等提供科学有效的理论支撑。
Radix Bupleuri is the dried root of Bupleurum chinense DC.or Bupleurum scorzonerifolium Willd.,which is one of the commonly used Chinese medicinal in clinic.Radix Bupleuri contains many chemical components and exerts various pharmacological effects.Its chemical components mainly include saikosaponins,volatile oils,flavonoids and polysaccharides.Its pharmacological effects mainly focus on anti-depression,anti-inflammation,immune regulation and Liver and Kidney protection.This study reviewed the relevant literature on Radix Bupleuri in recent years,hoping to provide scientific and valid theoretical support for the clinical application,development and utilization of the herb.
