摘要 针对10 kV大电流开关柜风机控制系统判据单一、设备故障率高、故障告警功能缺乏等问题,基于开关柜负荷电流、温度双判据设计,并集成微机控制技术,研发出新型开关柜微机风冷控制系统。该系统实现了风机启停控制、转速精准控制及异常状况的监测与告警,有效解决了风冷控制系统故障导致开关柜发热损坏设备的问题,提升了10 kV大电流开关柜运行的安全稳定性与风冷设备工作的可靠性,实际应用效果良好。 Aiming at the problems of single criterion, high equipment failure rate and lack of fault alarm function in the fan control system of 10 kV high current switchgear, a new type of microcomputer air cooling control system for switchgear is developed based on the design of double criteria for load current and temperature of the switchgear and integrated with microcomputer control technology, which realizes fan start and stop control,accurate speed control and abnormal condition monitoring and alarm, effectively solves the problem of switch cabinet heating and equipment damage caused by air cooling control system failure, and improves the safety and stability of 10 kV high current switch cabinet operation and the reliability of air cooling equipment, with sound practical application effects.
