摘要
目的:编制大学生体重污名量表(C-WSS)并检验其效度和信度。方法:选取50名大学生进行开放式访谈,编制初始量表条目;选取599名大学生用于探索性因子分析;选取600名大学生用于验证性因子分析、效标效度检验和内部一致性信度分析,其中42名大学生在间隔2周后进行重测;使用身体意象量表(BIS)、进食障碍量表(EDI-1)的求瘦倾向分量表为效标工具。结果:C-WSS有18个条目,包含情绪体验、认知评价、行为举动3个维度,模型拟合指数良好(χ^(2)/df=3.08,RMSEA=0.06,CFI=0.94,TLI=0.93);C-WSS总分及各维度得分与BIS、EDI-1求瘦倾向分量表得分均呈正相关(ICC=0.63~0.85,均P<0.05)。总量表的Cronbachα系数为0.94,3个维度的Cronbachα系数为0.90、0.86、0.81;总量表的重测信度(ICC)为0.84,3个维度的ICC值为0.86、0.71、0.75。结论:本研究编制的大学生体重污名量表具有良好效度和信度,可用于测量大学生对肥胖体型的消极态度与歧视行为倾向。
Objective:To develop the Weight Stigma Scale for College Students(C-WSS).Methods:Fifty college students were selected and open-ended interviewed for the development of initial version of the C-WSS.The first version was delivered to 599 college students,for item analysis and exploratory factor analysis.Another 600 college students were recruited for confirmatory factor analysis and internal consistency reliability analysis,and were assessed with the Body Image Scale(BIS),drive for thinness subscale of Eating Disorder Inventory(EDI-1)for criteria validity.Forty-two college students were retested 2 weeks later for test-retest reliability analysis.Results:The C-WSS contained 18 items including 3 dimensions(e.g.,emotional response,cognitive evaluation and behavioral behaviors)among college students.The 3-factor measurement model fitted the data well(χ^(2)/df=3.08,RMSEA=0.06,CFI=0.94,TLI=0.93).In addition,both the total and the 3 dimensions scores were positively associated with the scores of the BIS and drive for thinness subscale of EDI-1(ICC=0.63-0.85,Ps<0.05).The Cronbachαcoefficients of the total scale and each dimension were 0.81-0.94,and the test-retest reliability coefficients(ICC)were 0.71-0.86.Conclusion:The C-WSS has good validity and reliability,which could be used to assess negative weight-related attitudes towards overweight and obese persons.
