摘要
以深圳市龙华区四、八年级学生,以及对应的学生家长和全体义务教育阶段教师为调查对象,对“双减”政策实施后的学生作业负担、校外培训、课后服务、教师工作负担、家长焦虑情绪等内容进行了调查,并将调查结果与“双减”政策实施前龙华区的相关调查数据进行了对比。结果表明,“双减”政策实施后,学生作业负担减轻了,主观学习压力降低了,参加校外培训的学生占比下降了,但同时也带来了一些新的问题。针对存在的问题,从实施教师弹性工作制度、提升学校教学质量、加强课后服务课程化建设、提高教师作业设计水平几个方面提出了对策建议。
Students’academic burden after implementation of“double reduction”policy,out-of-school training,after-school delay service,teachers’work burden and parental anxiety were investigated based on survey of Grade 4 and Grade 8 students in Longhua district,Shenzhen,and parents of corresponding students and teachers at the compulsory education stage.The comparison has also been made between the above investigation results and the relevant survey data before“double reduction”policy implemented in Longhua district,Shenzhen.The investigation results show that after the implementation of the“double reduction”policy,certain effects have been achieved,such as the reduction of students’academic burden,the reduction of subjective learning pressure,and the decrease of the proportion of students participating in off-campus training,but at the same time,it also brings some new problems,such as the increase of teachers’work burden.In view of the existing problems after the“double reduction”,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the following aspects:implementing flexible work system for teachers,enriching the content of after-school services,improving the level of homework design and improving the quality of school education.
