摘要
天然石墨的高能量密度性能和人造石墨优异的循环、倍率性能使得以不同比例的天然石墨与人造石墨进行掺混得到的复合石墨,解决了产品的能量密度与倍率、循环性能的需求。而在负极石墨回收领域,面对越来越多的复合石墨产品,如何识别回收石墨中天然石墨、人造石墨的比例,从而实现对负极材料更有针对性的回收利用,达成更大的经济价值,则是锂离子电池回收精细加工的下一阶段的普遍需求。本文对不同比例的复合石墨进行SEM、XRD表征,采用多种拟合方式,获得了最优的拟合方程,从而实现了复合石墨中天然石墨比例的量化分析,测试分辨精度也从常规XRD的20%提升至5%。
Composite graphite,which combines the high energy density of natural graphite and excellent cycle and power performance of artificial graphite,has increasingly become a technical solution for lithium-ion battery manufacturers to balance the energy density,rate and cycle performance requirements of different products.In the field of recovery anode materials,in the face of more and more composite graphite products,how to identify the proportion of natural graphite and artificial graphite in recovery graphite for achieving more targeted recycling of anode materials and greater economic value,is the general demand in the next stage of lithium-ion battery recycling and reuse processing.In this paper,different proportions of composite graphite are characterized by SEM and XRD,and various fitting methods are used to obtain the optimal fitting equation.Quantitative analysis of the proportion of natural graphite in composite graphite is realized and the accuracy is optimized from 20%by conventional XRD to 5%.
