悬吊运动配合吸气肌力量训练对卒中后偏瘫患者平衡功能及步行能力的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究对脑卒中后偏瘫患者使用悬吊运动与吸气肌力量训练的临床价值。方法74例脑卒中后偏瘫患者,随机分为实验组与对照组,各37例。对照组实行常规训练干预,实验组实行悬吊运动与吸气肌力量训练。对比两组患者平衡、步行及呼吸功能。结果训练后,两组Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分与10m步行速度均优于本组训练前,且实验组BBS评分(53.79±2.15)分与10m步行速度(50.24±1.83)m/min均优于对照组的(49.49±1.82)分、(40.21±2.12)m/min,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。训练后,两组最大吸气压(MIP)、吸气峰流速(PIF)、用力肺活量(FVC)均优于本组训练前,且实验组MIP(74.95±2.94)cmH2O(1cmH2O=0.098kPa)、PIF(6.90±0.57)L/s、FVC(4.24±0.13)L均优于对照组的(56.04±2.70)cmH2O、(4.90±0.56)L/s、(3.21±0.12)L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中后偏瘫患者实行悬吊运动配合吸气肌力量训练,能有效改善平衡、步行及呼吸功能,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of suspension exercise with inspiratory muscle strength training on balance function and walking ability of post-stroke hemiplegic patients.Methods A total of 74 post-stroke hemiplegic patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group received conventional training intervention,while the experimental group received suspension exercise and inspiratory muscle strength training.The balance,walking and respiratory functions of the two groups were compared.Results After training,the Berg Balance Scale(BBS)score and 10m walking speed in both groups were better than those before training in this group,and BBS score(53.79±2.15)points and 10m walking speed(50.24±1.83)m/min in the experimental group were better than(49.49±1.82)points and(40.21±2.12)m/min in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After training,the massive inspiratory pressure(MIP),peak inspirator flow(PIF)and forced vital capacity(FVC)in both groups were better than those before training in this group;the MIP(74.95±2.94)cm H2O(1cm H2O=0.098 kPa),PIF(6.90±0.57)L/s,and FVC(4.24±0.13)L in the experimental group were better than(56.04±2.70)cm H2O,(4.90±0.56)L/s,and(3.21±0.12)L in the control group;all differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Suspension exercise combined with inspiratory muscle strength training for post-stroke hemiplegic patients can effectively improve balance,walking and respiratory function,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
