摘要
多囊卵巢综合征伴高雄激素血症是PCOS诊治的核心问题之一,西医治疗用药多以炔雌醇环丙孕酮片(达英35)为主,虽有疗效,但不良反应为大多数患者所不能接受,亦不能从根本上解决排卵障碍问题。程玲善用经方治病,将中医经典理论灵活运用于临床,精准辨证施治多囊卵巢综合征,造诣颇深。文章介绍程玲教授多年临床治疗多囊卵巢综合征伴高雄激素血症的诊疗思路,总括病因病机,衷中参西,治疗上以补虚为本,重视调心,兼治痰瘀,守正创新,从而改善甚至恢复生殖轴的功能及内分泌水平,为治疗本病提供了新思路、新方向;同时探析临证常用中药配伍意义,并举验案,以期为日后该病的治疗提供理论及临床参考。
Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)with hyperandrogenemia(HA)is one of the core problems in the diagnosis and treatment of PCOS.Western medicine mainly treats this disease with Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets(Diane 35),although it’s effective,but the majority of patients can’t accept the side effects and can’t fundamentally solve the problem of ovulation disorders.Professor CHENG Ling makes good use of classical Chinese to treat diseases,flexibly applying traditional Chinese medicine theory to clinical,accurately treating PCOS,having deep attainments.This article introduces CHENG Ling’s thoughts on the diagnosis and treatment of PCOS-HA for many years,generalizing the etiology and pathogenesis,being devoted to Chinese and involving western medicine,in the treatment,tonifying weakness is the root,valuing the adjustment of heart and removing blood stasis and resolving phlegm,keeping the integrity and innovation,therefore,it can improve or even restore the function of the reproductive axis and the level of endocrine and provide a new idea and direction for the treatment of this disease.Meanwhile,exploring the significance of compatibility of common Chinese herbs in clinical practice,giving examples to provide theoretical and clinical reference for the treatment of this disease in the future.
