摘要
传统的悬索桥主索鞍隔板与铸钢本体的焊接为窄间距焊接,通常采用人工断续焊接,由于隔板空间狭窄,焊接操作难度大,焊缝质量不易保证,焊缝外观成型差。通过采用专用焊接设备的窄间距焊枪进行主索鞍薄隔板与铸钢本体的自动化断续和连续焊接试验,在控制焊接变形的情况下,有效地保证了焊缝质量和焊缝成形外观,为后续主索鞍薄板与铸钢的自动化焊接提供了有效的技术支撑。尤其是薄隔板与铸钢件窄间距内的连续焊缝的焊接,进一步提高了主索鞍产品结构的稳定性和可靠性。
The traditional welding between the diaphragm of the main cable saddle of suspension bridge and the steel casting body is narrow spacing welding, which usually adopts intermittent manual welding. Due to the narrow space of the diaphragm, it is difficult to carry out the welding operation, and is not easy to guarantee the weld quality, and the appearance of the weld is not so good. The automatic intermittent and continuous welding test between the thin diaphragm of the main cable saddle and the steel casting body is carried out by a narrow spacing welding gun with special welding equipment. The welding deformation is under control, the weld quality and weld appearance are effectively guaranteed, which provides effective technical support for the subsequent automatic welding between the thin diaphragm of the main cable saddle and the steel casting. In particular, the welding of the continuous weld between the thin diaphragm and the steel casting in a narrow space further improves the stability and reliability of the product structure of the main cable saddle.
