纸机压区设备的共振识别和解决措施

摘要 纸机压区的共振是一种自然现象,因为纸机压区的种类繁多(这里重点讨论脱水压区),所以引起压区共振的因素有很多种,包括纸机的车速(两只压辊的转动频率)、线压力、辊面粗糙度、机架的刚性、两只辊子的重量、脱水毛布的品质、纸页定量等,这些因素会直接影响压区系统的固有频率。当某种激振频率出现且强度增大,导致与压区系统的自然频率吻合,就会引起共振。 The resonance of press zone of paper machine is a natural phenomenon.Due to the variety of dehydration press zone of paper machine,there are many factors causing the resonance of the dehydration press zone,including the speed of paper machine(rotation frequency of two press rollers),line pressure,roughness of roller surface,rigidity of the frame,weight of two rollers,quality of dehydrated woolen cloth,and page quantity,etc.These factors will directly affect the inherent frequency of the pressure zone system.When a certain excitation frequency appears and its intensity increases,which leads to the coincidence with the inherent frequency of the pressure zone system,resonance will occur.
