摘要
转移抑制基因(KISS1)被公认为是促性腺激素释放激素(Gonadotropin-releasing hormone,GnRH)的关键上游调节因子,在下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴系统中起到一个中枢节点的作用。近年来随着表达定位研究技术的发展,已在多个物种的多个组织中检测到了KISS1基因的表达。作为繁殖领域的关键候选基因,KISS1基因如何调控动物繁殖性能已有大量文献报道,文章就KISS1基因在不同繁殖相关组织表达以及在生产实践中的应用做一综述。
KISS1 gene is recognized as the key upstream regulator of gonadotropin-releasing hormone(GnRH), and plays a central role in hypothalamus-pituitary-gonadal axis system. With the development of expression localization technology, KISS1gene has been detected in many species and tissues. As a key candidate gene in the field of reproduction,there have been a large number of reports on how KISS1 gene regulates animal reproductive performance. This paper reviewed the discovery process of KISS1 gene, its expression in different reproduction related tissues and its application in practical production.
