摘要
在乡村振兴战略的施行过程中,发挥文物旅游引导乡村经济迈向更高领域具有不可替代的作用。本研究从文物旅游等概念界定出发,通过论述文物旅游高质量发展基本原理,从乡村振兴与文物旅游的高质量发展相关理论和文物旅游高质量发展的基本原则等方面入手,发现了目前文物旅游高质量发展存在的问题:管理部门分权而立,缺乏统合动力;运行机制分配不均,缺乏决策权力;文物保护不够重视,缺乏文化活力;政策法规发展滞后,缺乏处罚能力;旅游活动水平不高,缺乏体验震撼力等,从而提出乡村振兴视角下文物旅游的高质量发展对策。本研究为地区经济一体化实践中文物旅游发展“提速提质”提供了理论角度的思考方向。
In implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy,giving full play to the advantages of cultural relics tourism and seeking the high-quality development of its industry can play an irreplaceable role in guiding the advancement of rural economy.Starting from the definition of cultural relics tourism and other concepts,this study discussed the basic principles and connotation of the high-quality development of cultural relics tourism,and found its existing problems,such as the decentralized and less integrated management departments,the uneven distribution of operation mechanism and the lack of decision-making power,insufficient attention to cultural relics protection and cultural vitality cultivation,the uncoordinated development of policies and regulations and the incomplete punishment ability,the unsatisfied level of tourism activities and experience,etc.Then,the study put forward countermeasures for the high-quality development of cultural relics tourism from the perspective of rural revitalization.This study could provide a theoretical basis for how to increase the quality and development speed of cultural relics tourism in the regional economic integration practice.
