摘要
结合沧浪新城景观人行桥建设项目,主桥钢桁架跨越京杭大运河,采用支架法分段吊装,通过对钢桁架节段的合理划分、临时支架结构的科学设计,介绍了支架法分段吊装在大跨度、全焊接钢桁架结构桥梁施工中的适用性与可操作性,并对桥位拼装过程中空中组对、焊接的临时支撑、匹配件进行设计,保证施工期间桁架体系的整体稳定性。
In combination with the construction project of Canglang New City landscape pedestrian bridge,the steel truss of the main bridge crosses Beijing-Hangzhou Canal and is hoisted in sections by bracket method.Through the reasonable division of the steel truss sections and the scientific design of the temporary support structure,this paper introduces the applicability and operability of bracket method in the construction of large-span,fully welded steel truss structure bridges,and the temporary supports and matching parts are designed for air assembly and welding during the bridge site assembly,which ensure the overall stability of the truss system during construction.
