摘要
目的:调查社区≥35岁人群糖尿病患病率及影响因素,以预防糖尿病的发生。方法:2019年1月—2021年1月,选取上海市浦东新区新场社区卫生服务中心1056名≥35岁参与健康体检的居民作为研究对象,收集相关资料,并结合其体检结果,调查糖尿病患病率;采用多因素logistic回归分析模型,分析影响社区糖尿病患病率的因素。结果:1056名研究对象中,共有176人患有糖尿病,患病率为16.67%;多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,性别、城乡居住地、年龄、家庭年收入、教育程度、高血压、肥胖、血脂异常是糖尿病患病率的影响因素。结论:应根据糖尿病发病的危险因素对社区居民进行健康教育,采取有氧运动、合理膳食、定期检查、心理疏导等综合措施预防糖尿病的发生。
OBJECTIVE To prevalence of diabetes and influence factors in people aged 35 years and above in community healthcare center,and to provide reference for disease treatment.METHODS From January 2019 to January 2021,A total of 1056 residents of Xinchang Community Health Service Center in Shanghai Pudong New Area were selected as the research objects,collected and investigated the prevalence of diabetes in the community area,and a multivariate logistic regression analysis model was used to analyze the factors affecting the prevalence of diabetes in the community area.RESULTS A total of 176 of the 1056 study subjects had diabetes with a prevalence of 16.67%.The analysis results showed that gender,urban and rural residence,age,family income,education level,hypertension,obesity,and dyslipidemia were the factors influencing the prevalence of diabetes mellitus.CONCLUSION Health education should be conducted to community residents according to the risk factors of diabetes,and comprehensive measures such as aerobic exercise,reasonable diet,regular examination and psychological counseling should be taken to prevent the occurrence of diabetes.
