摘要
进口压力容器监检属于法定检验,可以采用境外制造过程监检或到岸检验2种方式,其中到岸检验指容器到达口岸或使用地后,由检验机构进行的产品安全性能监检。文章探讨了进口压力容器到岸检验中的常见问题,主要有焊接缺陷超标、安全附件无生产许可证、耐压试验不符合国内要求、随机资料不齐全等,分析了问题产生的原因,并对进口压力容器到岸检验工作提出一些建议。
The supervisory inspection of imported pressure vessels is a statutory inspection, which can be carried out in two ways: the supervisory inspection of the overseas manufacturing process or the on-shore inspection.Among them, the on-shore inspection refers to the product safety performance supervisory inspection carried out by the inspection agency after the container arrives at the port or place of use. The article discusses the common problems of on-shore inspection of imported pressure vessels, including excessive welding defects, without production license for safety accessories, pressure test that does not meet Chinese technology requirements, shortage of random data, etc.The causes of the problems are analyzed. Some suggestions are made for the on-shore inspection of imported pressure vessels.
