摘要
为解决离子膜烧碱装置负荷调节,对电解槽温度及出口碱液浓度造成的不良影响[1],装置采用APC-Suite先进控制软件,建立电解槽APC系统。系统实施后,关键工艺参数标准方差降幅50.820%以上。同时,电解槽温度提高0.676℃以上,电解槽出口碱液浓度降低0.046%。
In order to solve the load regulation of ionic membrane caustic soda plant,the adverse impact on the tem-perature of electrolytic cell and the concentration of outlet lye.APC-Suite advanced control software is used to establish the APC system of electrolytic cell.After the implementation of the system,the critical process parameters standard variance by more than 50.820%.At the same time,the electrolyzer temperature increased by 0.676℃above,lye concentration of outlet of the electrolytic cell by 0.046%.
