摘要
本文对佛手的生理活性成分及功效作用、佛手在食品工业中的应用现状进行了综述,并对佛手的应用前景进行了展望,以期为进一步合理开发佛手资源提供参考。
In this paper, the physiological active ingredients and functions of the bergamot as well as the application status of the bergamot in the food industry were reviewed, and the application prospect of the bergamot was prospected, in order to provide reference for further rational development of the bergamot resources.
