摘要
微波萃取技术是一项新的技术,其不仅可以保护食品、药品等有机物质,还具有省时、省力、准确度高的优点。在当今社会和食品化学的发展下,该技术具有广阔的发展前景。本文对微波提取技术的概念、工作原理及其在食品化学领域的应用进行了概述。
Microwave extraction technology is a new technology, which can not only protect food, medicine and other organic substances, but also has the advantages of time-saving, labor-saving and high accuracy. With the development of society and food chemistry, this technology has broad prospects. In this paper, the concept, working principle and application of microwave extraction technology in food chemistry were summarized.
