摘要
为科学评估高校图书馆馆员发展的影响因素,文章以江苏省高校图书馆为例,分别从馆员总量及其硕士、博士比例、高级职称比例等成长方面的影响因素展开分析。文章应用皮尔森相关系数法分析得出馆员总量与纸本借阅数量及入馆读者数量存在正相关关系,且普通高校、高职高专、独立学院等不同类型高校图书馆馆员总量影响因素存在一定差异性。基于列联分析,探究高校性质与馆员硕士、博士比例之间的关系,以及不同类型高校图书馆馆员成长的影响因素,结果表明:三类院校馆员硕士、博士比例与学生规模、纸本文献总量、文献资源建设经费投入均有较强的正相关关系。依据以上研究结果,为促进江苏省高校图书馆的发展,从发展规划、馆员评价机制、馆员成长及新型专业馆员队伍建设四个方面提出建议。
Taking the university libraries in Jiangsu Province as an example,this paper analyzes the positive correlation between the total number of librarians and the number of printed books borrowed and the number of library readers by Pearson Correlation Coefficient Method.And there is some variability in the factors influencing the total number of librarians in different types of universities.Based on the contingency analysis,the authors investigate the relationship between the nature of universities and the ratio of librarians with master degrees and doctoral degrees,as well as the factors influencing the growth of librarians in different types of universities.The results show that there is a strong positive correlation between the ratio of master and doctoral degrees of librarians in three types of universities and the size of students,the total amount of printed literature,and the investment in literature resources construction.Suggestions are made in four aspects of development planning,librarian evaluation mechanism,librarian growth and new professional librarian team building for the development of university libraries in Jiangsu Province.
