摘要
目的分析在心内科护士中开展护士分层级管理的效果。方法选择2020年4月—2022年4月山东颐养健康集团新汶中心医院心内科的12名在职护士展开研究,通过对全部护士开展护士分层级管理措施,提高护理质量水平为主要目标。比较管理前后的护理质量、职业素养水平、护理风险发生情况。结果管理后,护士基础护理、护理文书、病房护理、安全意识、消毒隔离各项护理质量评分均较管理前明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后,护士专业知识评分和技术操作评分均较管理前明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后,护士护理差错事件发生率、不良反应发生率均较管理前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士分层级管理应用于心内科护士管理中可以显著提高护理质量水平,有效增强护士的职业素养水平,并且可显著降低护理风险事件地发生。
Objective To analyze the effect of hierarchical nursing management among nurses in the Department of Cardiology.Methods 12 in-service nurses from the Department of Cardiology of Xinwen Central Hospital of Yiyang Health Group from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected for the study.The main goal was to improve the nursing quality by implementing hierarchical management measures for all nurses.The nursing quality,professional quality and nursing risk were compared before and after management.Results After management,the nursing quality scores of nurses'basic nursing,nursing documents,ward nursing,safety awareness,disinfection and isolation were significantly higher than those before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the scores of professional knowledge and technical operation of nurses were significantly higher than those before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the incidence of nurses'nursing errors and adverse reactions were significantly reduced compared with that before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hierarchical nursing management in the management of nurses in the Department of Cardiology can significantly improve the level of nursing quality,effectively enhance the level of nurses'professional literacy,and significantly reduce the occurrence of nursing risk events.
