摘要
卫生职业院校作为职业教育的重要组成部分,除了肩负着专业技术人才的培养任务之外,铸魂育人,培养学生良好的职业道德价值观也成为教育教学改革的重要方向。为贯彻落实修订后的职业教育法和《国家职业教育改革实施方案》,适应职业教育进入提质培优、增值赋能新阶段,落实“三全育人”,各类职业院校在专业、课程、课堂、教师等各层面都提出了具体要求。2020年以来,线上线下混合式教学已经成为当下常规教学模式。由于卫生职业教育的行业特殊性,很多实操技能项目需要学生在情境训练中产生共情、共振,经情感内化为主观学习的动力,方能更好地促进职业道德意识的建立。根据相关调研反馈,目前卫生职业院校的学生在混合式教学模式下,情景教学条件不易实现,线上教学时学习动力明显不足,职业道德观构建不理想。因此,本综述将以卫生职业院校学生职业道德观培养为起点,分析卫生职业院校学生在校培养职业道德的现状,探讨临床教师在卫生职业院校学生职业道德观培养中的作用及价值,发掘行业榜样示范力量,弥补混合式教学不足,提升院校与临床教师教育教学改革创新能力。
As an important part of vocational education,health vocational colleges and universities are not only responsible for the cultivation of professional and technical talents.It has also become an important direction of education and teaching reform to cultivate students'good professional ethical values by casting the soul and nurturing people.In order to implement the revised vocational education law and the National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan,to adapt to the new stage of vocational education to improve quality,cultivate excellence,add value and empower people,and implement the"three whole education".Since 2020,online and offline hybrid teaching has become a regular teaching mode.Due to the industry specificity of health professional education,many practical skill programs require students to empathize and resonate in contextual training,and internalize through emotions as subjective learning motivation in order to better promote the establishment of professional ethical awareness.According to relevant research feedback,students in health professional colleges and universities are currently in a blended teaching mode where situational teaching conditions are not easily realized,learning motivation is significantly lacking when teaching online,and the construction of professional ethics is not ideal.Therefore,this review will analyze the current situation of students'professional ethics development in health professional colleges and universities at school,taking the development of students'professional ethics view in health professional colleges and universities as a starting point,exploring the role and value of clinical teachers in the cultivation of professional ethical outlook of students in health professional colleges and universities,and exploring the demonstration power of industry role models to make up for the lack of hybrid teaching.to enhance the educational teaching reform and innovation ability of institutions and clinical teachers.
