岗位量化考核在中医护理管理中的应用价值

摘要 目的研究岗位量化考核在中医护理管理中的应用价值。方法选取2021年3月—2022年3月在重庆市东南医院中医科任职的10名中医护理人员进行研究,通过随机数表法分成对照组和观察组,各5名。对照组采用常规风险管理,观察组在对照组基础上采用岗位量化考核。比较两组护理人员的护理质量考核分值,护理差错率,护理纠纷发生率,护理理论知识、护理操作技能评分,护理人员工作压力源评分,护理人员的工作满意度评分。结果观察组的基础护理、病房管理、护理操作和病历书写分值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理差错率和对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的护理纠纷率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的护理理论知识、护理操作技能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的工作量与时间的分配、管理和人际关系、工作资源和环境、护理专业和工作、患者护理评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的班次安排、自我价值、福利待遇、家庭与工作关系、发展机会评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医护理管理中应用岗位量化考核,可提升护理质量,丰富护理人员的理论知识以及实践操作,降低其工作压力,提升其工作满意度。 Objective To study the application value of post quantitative assessment in TCM nursing management.Methods Ten TCM nursing staff serving in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Chongqing Southeast Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected for the study.According to the random number table,they were divided into control group and observation group,5 nursing stoff in each group.The control group used conventional risk management,and the observation group used post quantitative assessment on the basis of the control group.The nursing quality assessment score,nursing error rate,nursing dispute rate,nursing theoretical knowledge,nursing operation skill score,nurses'job stressors score,and nurses'job satisfaction score were compared between the two groups.Results Nurses in the observation group scores were higher in basic care,ward management,nursing operation and medical record writing than nurses in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the nursing error rate between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).The nursing dispute rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the scores of nursing theoretical knowledge and nursing operation skills in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of workload and time distribution,management and interpersonal relationship,work resources and environment,nursing profession and work,and patient care in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the shift arrangement,self-worth,welfare treatment,family work relationship and development opportunity scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of post quantitative assessment in TCM nursing management can improve nursing quality,enrich nursing staff's theoretical knowledge as well as practical operation,reduce their work pressure,and improve their job satisfaction.
