摘要
目的在胃肠肿瘤外科手术室护理配合质量干预中,展开专科护士设置管理的具体方法的研究。方法将2021年2月—2022年2月期间郴州市第一人民医院胃肠肿瘤外科手术室的16名护理人员作为研究对象,以2021年8月为分界,分析专科护士设置管理实施前后的管理情况及胃肠肿瘤外科手术室护理配合质量,包括手术室护理配合质量、护士考核成绩、对管理模式的满意度。结果管理后手术室护理配合质量高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理前护士考核成绩低于管理后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后护理人员对管理模式的满意度高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论专科护士设置管理应用价值较高,可以提升胃肠肿瘤外科手术室护理配合质量。
Objective To investigate the specific methods of management of specialist nurse settings in the intervention of nursing coordination quality in gastrointestinal oncology surgery.Methods Taking 16 nurses in the gastrointestinal tumor surgery operating room of Chenzhou First People's Hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 as the research object,and taking August 2021 as the boundary,the management situation and the quality of nursing cooperation in the gastrointestinal tumor surgery operating room before and after the implementation of the specialized nurse setting management were analyzed,including the quality of nursing cooperation in the operating room,the assessment results of nurses,and the satisfaction with the satisfication mode.Results The quality of nursing cooperation in the operating room after management was higher than that before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The assessment scores of nurses before management were lower than those after management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,nursing staff satisfaction with the management mode was higher than that before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of specialist nurse setting management is high,which can improve the quality of nursing cooperation in the operating room of gastrointestinal oncology surgery.
