摘要
由于化工企业在生产经营发展过程中,生产流程和产品原料特性较为特殊,属于高风险行业,其中存在着大量的易燃易爆和有毒有害物质,一旦出现安全生产事故,除了会对员工带来伤害外,还会对生态环境造成严重影响。同时,企业为提高生产效率、减少成本、开发新产品等,也需加强在化工生产技术上的管理工作,通过完善管理技术,为化工企业的生产创造出一个更为完善的工作环境,以推动化工企业实现健康稳定的可持续发展。基于此文章针对化工企业的生产技术管理工作展开相应的探讨和分析,并提出相应的管理策略。
Because the chemical enterprises in the process of enterprise production and operation development, production process and product raw material characteristics is relatively special, belong to the high-risk industry, there are a lot of flammable, explosive and toxic and harmful substances, so the production process risk is higher, once the production safety accident, in addition to the enterprise economic development and employee injury brings unnecessary losses, but also will bring very bad threat to the ecological environment. In addition, to improve production efficiency, reduce costs and develop new products, it is also necessary to strengthen the management of chemical production technology, through the perfect management technology, for the production of chemical enterprises to create a more perfect working environment, so as to promote chemical enterprises to achieve healthy and stable sustainable progress. Based on this, this paper discusses and analyzes the production technology management of chemical enterprises, and puts forward the management strategy.
