国家安全监管总局表示,目前道路交通事故量巨大,约占全国各类事故总量的82%,道路交通已成为企业最主要HSE风险之一。中海油能源发展股份有限公司迈进国际一流集团公司步伐正逐步加快,公司始终将对员工的人文安全关怀放在首位。保障员工工作生命安全已基本成为全部海油人的共识和自觉行为。但是,随着近年来私家车拥有量的不断上升,道路交通事故攀升成为影响海油员工健康安全工作的“头号杀手”。关注“工余”的私家车交通安全,将安全管理深入到私家车交通安全领域在系统内尚属首例。
The State Administration of Work Safety said that at present, the number of road traffic accidents is huge, accounting for about 82% of the total number of all kinds of accidents in the country. Road traffic has become one of the main HSE risks of enterprises. CNOOC Energy Technology & Services Limited is gradually accelerating its pace to become a world-class group company. CNOOC Energy Technology & Services Limited has always put the humanistic safety care of employees in the first place. Ensuring the safety of employees’ work life has basically become the consensus and conscious behavior of all employees.However, with the continuous increase of private car ownership in recent years, road traffic accidents have climbed to the “number one killer” affecting the health and safety of employees. It is the first time in the system to pay attention to the traffic safety of private cars after work and deepen the safety management into the field of private car traffic safety.
