摘要
目的:观察两种不同辅料鼻敏贴穴位贴敷治疗过敏性鼻炎(AR)的临床疗效。方法:选择384例AR患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法随机分为两组:A组192例,B组192例,均采用鼻敏贴穴位贴敷进行治疗。A、B两组鼻敏贴分别采用凡士林、姜汁两种辅料制作。观察两组患者临床疗效,中医症状(鼻塞、鼻痒、流涕、连续喷嚏)消失时间及不良反应。结果:B组总有效率为80.20%(154/192),明显高于A组的总有效率69.79%(134/192),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组中医症状消失时间均短于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用姜汁制作鼻敏贴治疗AR疗效显著,可有效缓解AR症状,具有较高的安全性,值得在临床中推广使用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of bimintie from two different excipients on allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods A total of 384 patients with AR were selected as the research objects.The random number table method was used to randomly divide them into two groups:192 cases in group A and 192 cases in group B.Bimintie given two groups was made from vaseline and ginger juice respectively.The clinical efficacy,the traditional chinese medicine(TCM)symptoms(nasal congestion,nasal itching,runny nose,continuous sneezing)disappearance time and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of group B was 80.20%(154/192),which was significantly higher than that of group A was 69.79%(134/192),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of TCM symptoms in group B was shorter than that in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no difference in adverse event between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Bimintie from ginger juice shows a significant effect in the treatment of AR,can effectively relieve AR symptoms,high safety,and has a good clinical value.
