摘要
电力营销中的抄核收工作,是电网企业的重要业务环节,直接面对市场,面向客户,担负着传导市场和客户需求、保障电网企业经营成果、落实“人民电业为人民”等服务宗旨的重要职责。在深化售电市场改革、工商业用户全部进入电力市场的背景下,传统的抄核收业务规则及处理方式,已经很难满足当前电价改革背景下供给侧规范运营,以及复杂的电力市场环境下需求侧、客户侧对于电力营销及服务的要求。文章结合工作实际,阐述电改背景下电网企业在抄表、核算和收费过程中所存在的问题及风险,并进一步提出相应解决对策,旨在为电网企业的经济效益和长远的发展提供一份参考。
The copy,verification and receipt work in power marketing is an important business link of power grid enterprises.Facing the market and customers directly,it undertakes the important responsibilities of conducting the market and customer needs,ensuring the operating results of power grid enterprises,and implementing the service purpose of“people’s power industry for the people”.Under the background of deepening the reform of the electricity sales market and all industrial and commercial users entering the electricity market,the traditional business rules and processing methods of checking and receiving have been difficult to meet the requirements of the supply side for standardized operation under the current electricity price reform and the demand side and the customer side for power marketing and services under the complex electricity market environment.Combined with the actual work,this paper expounds the problems and risks existing in the process of meter reading,accounting and charging of power grid enterprises under the background of power reform,and further puts forward corresponding countermeasures,in order to provide a reference for the economic benefits and long-term development of power grid enterprises.
