摘要
葛根作为药食同源食品,含有葛根素、葛根异黄酮和葛根多糖等大量活性成分,其中葛根多糖更因具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化、调节免疫等多种生理功效而成为现代研究热点。基于此,本文对葛根多糖的提取和分离纯化工艺、产地含量、结构组成和生物活性等方面的研究进展进行综述,并展望了葛根多糖未来潜在的研究方向,旨在为葛根多糖的产业发展提供理论参考。
Pueraria lobata root, as a medicine and food homologous food, contains a large number of active components such as puerarin, Pueraria lobata isoflavone and Pueraria lobata polysaccharide, which has become a modern research hotspot because of its physiological effects such as anti-tumor, anti-oxidation and immune regulation. Based on this, this paper summarizes the research progress in the extraction, separation and purification, content of origin, structural composition and biological activity of Pueraria lobata polysaccharide, and looks forward to the potential research direction of Pueraria lobata polysaccharide in the future, aiming to provide theoretical reference for the industrial development of Pueraria lobata polysaccharide.
