光谱法实验多样性教学模式的设计与实践——以荧光光谱法实验为例 被引量:1

摘要 针对光谱法实验传统教学模式存在的以验证性实验为主、实验内容缺乏多样化与趣味性、成绩评定忽略实验过程等问题,结合教学需求,根据学生的层次和能力,将自制荧光光度计及应用拓展、实际样品测定的探究型实验模块引入荧光光谱法实验教学。此模块与经典实验内容相结合,采用分层次、分阶段教学的模式进行。利用北京大学教学网作为学习平台,通过开展线上线下混合式实验教学,为拓展实验模块的顺利开展创造了条件,并取得了良好的教学效果。 In view of the problems existing in the traditional experimental course of spectroscopy,we introduced the constructed fluorimeter and the actual sample determination into fluorescence analysis in order to expand the experimental content. According to the teaching requirements,the exploring experimental teaching was carried out. The teaching network of Peking University was applied to organize the study materials,and a hybrid experimental teaching type was adopted to improve the study efficiency. This mode created conditions for innovation experiments and obtained a satisfactory result.
