摘要
分析了核电站核反应堆水池中定位销压装与螺栓旋拧的施工问题,设计了核反应堆水池定位销压装装置和螺栓旋拧装置。介绍了这两个装置的结构和原理,并制订了施工工艺。对这两个装置进行了可行性测试,确定可以用于实际施工。
The construction problems of alignment pin pressing and bolt screwing in the nuclear reactor pool of nuclear power plant were analyzed,and the alignment pin pressing device and bolt screwing device of the nuclear reactor pool were designed.The structure and principle of these two devices were introduced,and the construction process was formulated.The two units were tested for feasibility and determined to be suitable for practical construction.
