摘要
为准确、系统地对来宾至桂平全长193.876 km的2 000 t级航道工程进行洪水影响评价,对一维水动力模型率定验证,聚焦河道运行水位变化,分析评估航道整治建设对河道行洪、水文测站观测、桥梁运行、取水口等方面的影响。结果表明,工程实施会造成工程段水位下降,对水文测站的水位观测方案造成不利影响,需采取相应补充监测等补救措施,对桥梁、取水口、行洪排涝、灌溉等基本无不利影响,评估结果可为水行政部门审批及管理提供较为丰富详实的依据。
A one-dimensional hydrodynamic model is used to accurately and systematically evaluate the flood impact of the 2000-ton waterway project with a total length of 193.876 km from Laibin to Guiping.The model is calibrated and validated, and the changes in the water level of the channel are observed.On this basis, this study analyzes and evaluates the impact of waterway regulation and construction on the channel flood discharge, hydrological station observation, bridge operation, water intake, and other aspects.The results show that the project implementation leads to a drop in the water level in the project section, which has an adverse effect on the water level observation scheme of the hydrological station.Hence, it is necessary to take corresponding remedial measures such as supplementary monitoring.Moreover, the result indicates that it has no adverse impact on bridges, water intakes, flood discharge and drainage, and irrigation.The assessment results can provide a rich and detailed basis for the approval and management of the water administration department.
