复合纳米抗菌肽防治羊皮下脓肿病的效果 被引量:3

摘要 抗菌肽具有抗菌谱广、不易产生耐药性、无残留等优点,而金黄色葡萄球菌是羊和兔皮下脓肿病的主要病原菌之一。通过对羊皮下脓肿组织样本分离到的金黄色葡萄球菌进行体外抗菌肽抑菌活性检测,同时建立试验兔金黄色葡萄球菌皮下脓肿模型,使用抗菌肽进行防治,最后在羊场开展抗菌肽防治羊皮下脓肿病的试验。结果发现抗菌肽对金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度为3900μg/mL,抑菌圈直径达到40 mm,抗菌效价U=1.3×10^(7)。试验兔防治试验发现,预防组:预防性饲喂抗菌肽能避免金黄色葡萄球菌皮下脓肿病的发生;治疗组:饲喂抗菌肽可使致病后的试验兔14 d内康复。抗菌肽防治羊皮下脓肿病发现,预防试验:预防组发病率为0.6%(n=834),而对照组发病率为12.4%(n=780);治疗试验:发病后采用抗菌肽结合简单外科手术治疗,14 d内治愈率达95.5%(n=110),3个月内复发率为0,而未用抗菌肽,仅采用简单外科手术治疗,14 d内治愈率为36.4%(n=110),3个月内复发率为77.3%(n=110)。说明抗菌肽具有较好的防治羊皮下脓肿病的效果。 Antimicrobial peptides can kill bacteria through physical means,and have the advantages of broad antimicrobial spectrum,resistance to resistance,and no residue.Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus)is one of the main pathogens of subcutaneous abscess disease in sheep and rabbits.In the present study,the antibacterial activity of compound nano antibacterial peptides(CNAP)against S.aureus isolated from the subcutaneous abscess tissue of sheep was tested in vitro.Meanwhile,the pathogenicity model of the experimental rabbit with subcutaneous abscess infected with S.aureus was established,and then the CNAP was used for prevention and treatment of these pathogenicity model.At last,a CNAP trial of prevention and treatment of subcutaneous abscess disease was carried out in the sheep farm.The results showed that the minimum inhibitory concentration of CNAP against S.aureus was 3900μg/mL,and the diameter of the inhibition zone against S.aureus reached 40 mm.The antibacterial potency was U=1.3×10^(7).The results of experimental rabbits for CNAP prevention and treatment test showedthat in the prevention group,CNAP could effectively prevent the occurrence of S.aureus subcutaneous abscess in experimental rabbits;in the treatment group,feeding CNAP could make the experimental rabbits recover within 14 days after infecting subcutaneous abscess.Application of CNAP in prevention and treatment of subcutaneous abscess of sheep showed that in the prevention test,the incidence rate of subcutaneous abscess disease in the prevention group was only 0.6%(n=834),while the incidence rate in the control group was 12.4%(n=780);in the treatment test,CNAP combined with simple surgical treatment after the onset of subcutaneous abscess,the cure rate reached 95.5%(n=110)within 14 days,and the recurrence rate within three months was 0;on the other hand,CNAP was not applied and only simple surgical treatment was performed.The cure rate was 36.4%(n=110)and 83.6%(n=110)within 14 days and 28 days,respectively,but the recurrence rate reached 77.3%(n=110)within the following three months.The above results indicate that CNAP has a better effect on the prevention and treatment of subcutaneous abscess disease in sheep.
