摘要
为了合理控制烟草打包装置电机的驱动轴扭矩与负载扭矩,提出自行封装的烟草打包装置机械式均载控制技术。设计自行封装的烟草打包装置,在该装置内搭建压紧平台以及压紧面板,使烟草打包密度更高;采用PLC同步控制系统控制装置的打包过程,实现烟草打包装置自行封装;根据力学中的定轴转动原理,分析烟草打包装置电机齿轮在转动时产生的均载冲击,并采用基于幂函数速度曲线的启停速度算法,控制启动与制动状态下的烟草打包装置电机受到的均载冲击,实现装置机械式均载控制。经实验验证,应用该技术后,停机次数较少,且有效控制电机的驱动轴扭矩与负载扭矩,提升烟草打包密度与产量。
In order to reasonably control the driving shaft torque and load torque of the motor of the tobacco packaging device,a mechanical load control technology of the self-encapsulating tobacco packaging device is proposed.A self-encapsulating tobacco packaging device is created,and a compression platform and compression panel are built in the device to increase the tobacco packaging density;PLC synchronous control system is used to control the packaging process of the device to achieve the self-packaging of the tobacco packaging device.According to the fixed axis rotation principle in mechanics,the load sharing impact caused by the rotation of the motor gear of the tobacco packaging device is analyzed,and the start-stop speed algorithm based on the power function speed curve is used to control the load sharing impact on the motor of the tobacco packaging device under the starting and braking state so as to realize the mechanical load sharing control of the device.Experimental results verify that the application of this technology leads to less downtime,effectively controls the motor drive shaft torque and load torque,and improves tobacco packaging density and yield.
