摘要
研究了稻壳灰、粉煤灰、矿渣复掺对地铁高性能混凝土力学性能的影响,通过正交实验确定了最佳配合比为:砂率40%,粉煤灰10%,矿渣10%,稻壳灰10%,最佳配合比组相较空白组强度提升了21.89%,为64.6 MPa。利用最佳配合比,研究玄武岩纤维的掺量对地铁混凝土力学性能和抗渗性能的影响,确定了当玄武岩纤维的体积掺量为0.1%时强度最佳,为66.6 MPa;抗渗效果最优,较空白组提升了55.67%。
The influence of rice husk ash, fly ash and slag on the mechanical properties of subway concrete was studied.Sand rate 40%,fly ash was 10%,slag was 10%,the rice husk ash was 10%,and the strength of the optimal mix ratio group was 21.89% higher than that of the blank group, which was 64.6 MPa.The influence of the content of basalt fiber on the mechanical properties and impermeability of subway concrete was studied by using the optimal mix ratio.The optimum strength was 66.6 MPa when the volume content of basalt fiber was 0.1%.The anti-permeability effect was the best, which increased by 55.67% compared with the blank group.
