摘要
对现有湿式催化氧化脱硫技术进行了分析和总结,特别是在实际工艺中的应用现状、存在问题及可能的发展方向进行了探讨。在湿式催化氧化脱硫工艺中,副盐积累问题是企业亟待解决的一个难题。为此,提出研究Hs^(-)→S_(x)^(2-)→S8链条的转化率大小和转化速率快慢是解决副盐问题的关键,且S_(x)^(2-)存在于两个步骤中,所以研究S_(x)^(2-)的存在形态及转化机理也具有重要意义。
The method using wet catalytic oxidation was discussed deeply based on its application status, existing problem and potential development direction.In this method, the problem of secondary salt accumulation is disturbing for enterprises.Based on our research results, it is thought that the conversion rate and speed of conversion of Hs^(-)→S_(x)^(2-)→S8chain is the key question to determine the amount of secondary salt, and S_(x)^(2-)is a crucial intermediate products, so its existence form and conversion mechanism in this chain should be discussed further, contributing to solve the problem of secondary salt accumulation in the desulfurization solution.
