摘要
以扬州市仪扬河闸的功能需求变化为切入点,介绍了仪扬河闸的工程概况及增设泄洪建筑物的原因,从工程安全性、原设计主体结构的影响、外观环境景观及社会的影响、施工条件、改造工程量及投资、可操作性等方面对比分析了7个改造方案,并对增设泄洪箱涵的各方案进行了数值分析,优选了新建双侧堤后式箱涵的方案。该方案在仪扬河闸上游和下游均设置90°角的箱涵,充分利用对冲消能,达到最佳消能效果,实现对下游河床及两岸的影响降到最小。
Taking the change of function demand of Yiyang River Sluice in Yangzhou City as the starting point,this paper introduces the general situation of the project of Yiyang River Sluice and the reasons for adding flood discharge structures.Seven transformation schemes are compared and analyzed from the aspects of project safety,impact of the original design main structure,external environmental landscape and social impact,construction conditions,transformation quantities and investment,operability,etc.The numerical analysis is carried out for each scheme of adding a flood discharge box culvert,and the scheme of building a new box culvert behind both banks is optimized.In this scheme,a box culvert with an angle of 90°is set at both the upstream and downstream of the Yiyang River Sluice.Make full use of offset energy dissipation to achieve the best energy dissipation effect and minimize the impact on the downstream riverbed and both banks.
