摘要
目的 探讨优质护理对异位妊娠患者心理状态及术后恢复影响。方法 选取2020年11月至2022年1月入院治疗的异位妊娠患者92例,所有患者均行手术治疗,其中2020年11月至2021年5月入院的43例患者实施常规护理纳入对照组;2021年6月至2022年1月的49例患者实施优质护理纳入试验组。比较两组患者术后恢复情况、护理前后心理状态和并发症发生情况。结果 相较于对照组,试验组肛门排气时间、疼痛消失时间及住院时间均明显更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与护理前对比,两组患者出院前的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组对比,试验组患者出院前的HAMA及HAMD评分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组对比,试验组并发症发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对异位妊娠患者制定并实施优质护理方案,有利于其术后恢复,改善身心状况,减少术后并发症的发生。
Objective To explore the influence of high-quality nursing on the psychological state and postoperative recovery of patients with ectopic pregnancy. Methods A total of 92 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted from November 2020 to January 2022 were selected, all of whom received surgical treatment.43 patients admitted from November 2020 to May 2021 were included in the control group with routine nursing.49 patients from June 2021 to January 2022 were included in the trial group with high-quality care. The postoperative recovery, mental state before and after nursing and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the anal exhaust time, pain disappearance time and hospital stay in experimental groups were significantly shorter, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Compared with before nursing, the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) before discharge in 2groups were significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with control group, HAMA and HAMD scores of experimental group were lower before discharge, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared with control group, the complication rate of experimental group was lower, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The formulation and implementation of high-quality nursing program for ectopic pregnancy patients is beneficial to their postoperative recovery, improve their physical and mental conditions, and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.
