摘要
甲状腺疾病是常见的内分泌疾病之一。甲状腺功能减退症是甲状腺激素合成或分泌不全引起的疾病。甲状腺功能减退是甲状腺激素缺乏症的常见病理表现,其临床表现为甲状腺激素缺乏症。在临床治疗中多用甲状腺素片替代治疗,但该药物长时间服用存在较多不良反应。近年来相关研究表明,干细胞治疗可以作为治疗甲状腺疾病特别是甲状腺功能减退的有效治疗方案之一。干细胞是一种具有较强分化能力的多潜能细胞,可以通过诱导分化为甲状腺细胞或甲状腺滤泡细胞,或通过移植等方式治疗甲状腺功能减退症等甲状腺疾病。现结合文献对甲状腺功能减退症及其干细胞治疗的研究进展进行综述。
Thyroid disease is one of the common endocrine diseases.Hypothyroidism is a disease caused by insufficient synthesis or secretion of thyroid hormones.Hypothyroidism is a common pathological manifestation of thyroid hormone deficiency,and its clinical manifestation is thyroid hormone deficiency.In clinical treatment,thyroxine tablets are often used as a substitute,but there are many adverse reactions after taking the drug for a long time.In recent years,relevant studies have shown that stem cell therapy can be used as one of the effective treatment schemes for thyroid diseases,especially hypothyroidism.Stem cells are pluripotent cells with strong differentiation ability.They can be induced to differentiate into thyroid cells or thyroid follicular cells,or used to treat thyroid diseases such as hypothyroidism by transplantation.The research progress of hypothyroidism and its stem cell therapy is summarized.
