2021年山东省滕州市碘缺乏病监测情况分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解山东省滕州市的碘缺乏病防治状况,为科学、精准防治提供基础资料。方法2021年6月,利用分层整群抽样的方法,在山东省滕州市21个碘缺乏病区乡镇(街道)中,随机抽取选定5个作为监测点。并选定200名小学生(8~10岁)、100名孕妇作为样本,采集其尿样和自家正在食用的盐样进行监测。结果2021年滕州市碘盐覆盖率为95.65%(286/299),食用碘盐的合格率为94.41%(270/286),合格碘盐的食用率为90.30%(270/299),非碘盐占比4.35%(13/299),食用盐含碘中位数为22.58 mg/kg。小学生(8~10岁)尿样尿碘中位数(MUI)为238.40μg/L;男生尿样MUI为265.30μg/L,女生尿样MUI为208.45μg/L,不同性别之间小学生尿碘水平进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。孕妇尿碘MUI为195.25μg/L。结论2021年山东省滕州市食用盐碘含量、孕妇尿样尿碘的水平处在适宜状态,但8~10岁小学生尿碘中位数处在超过适宜量状态。 Objective To understand the prevention and control situation of iodine deficiency disorders(IDD)in Tengzhou city,so as to provide basic data for scientific and accurate prevention and control.Methods In June 2021,using the stratified cluster sampling method,5 of the 21 iodine deficiency disease area towns(streets)in Tengzhou city,Shandong province were randomly selected as monitoring sites.A total of 200 primary school students(8-10 years old)and 100 pregnant women were selected as samples,and their urine samples and salt samples being consumed in their own homes were collected for monitoring.Results In 2021,the coverage rate of iodized salt,the qualified rate of iodized salt,the qualified rate of iodized salt and the rate of non-iodized salt were 95.65%(286/299),94.41%(270/286),90.30%(270/299)and 4.35%(13/299)respectively in Tengzhou city.The median iodine content of edible salt was 22.58 mg/kg.The urine MUI of pupils(8-10 years old)was 238.40μg/L,and that of boys was 265.30μg/L,that of girls was 208.45μg/L.There was significant difference in urine iodine level between boys and girls(P<0.05).The MUI of pregnant women was 195.25μg/L.Conclusion In 2021,Iodized the salt content and urinary iodine level of pregnant women were in the proper state,but the median urinary iodine level of 8-10 years old pupils was in the state of excess of the proper amount in Tengzhou city,Shandong province.
