摘要
共混体系中两相的分子量差异及组分含量直接影响共混体系相容性及共混物聚集态结构,从而对共混物的性能产生影响。为探究不同基体含量及不同分子量差异对共混物结构与性能所产生的影响,指导材料的开发和应用,制备了不同分子量及不同组分的聚乙烯基环己烷-b-聚乙烯-b-聚乙烯基环己烷(CBC)/聚苯乙烯(PS)共混物,运用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)及原位同步辐射广角衍射(WAXD)、小角散射(SAXS)作为表征手段,对共混体系的相容性,相分离行为以及聚集态结构进行研究,并对材料进行了光学性能测试。研究发现,PS与CBC中聚乙烯基环己烷(PVCH)嵌段具有一定的相容性,PS与CBC中聚乙烯(PE)嵌段相容性较差。PS进入到PVCH嵌段中会破坏其聚集态结构,增大链间距离,较少量PS进入到PE嵌段中,会使得PE嵌段的结晶能力上升,较多量PS进入到PE嵌段时,会使得PE结晶能力下降,并且会使PE的链间距离变大。共混体系中CBC含量在10%以下时,观察不到明显的相分离行为。同时,研究发现分子量差异对于二者的相容性影响是极为明显的,对于同一种PS(PG383M)而言,其与分子量差异较小的CBC1325的相容性要明显优于分子量差异较大的CBC8210,从而形成更均一的相区使材料的雾度降低并使透过率得到提升。
The molecular weight difference and component contents of the two phases in the blend system directly could affect the compatibility and the aggregate structure of the blend, thus affecting the properties of the blend.The influence of different matrix contents and different molecular weight on the structure and properties of blends was studied, and the development and application of materials were guided.Polystyrene/polyethylene cyclohexane-b-polyethylene-b-polyethylene cyclohexane(CBC)/polystyrene(PS)blends with different molecular weights and components were prepared.The compatibility, phase separation behavior and aggregation structure of the blends were studied by means of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),wide-angle X-ray diffraction(WAXD)and small-angle X-ray scattering(SAXS),and the optical properties of the blends were tested.It is found that PS has certain compatibility with the polyethylene cyclohexane(PVCH)block in CBC,while PS has poor compatibility with the polyethylene(PE)block in CBC.The PS entering the pvch block could damage its aggregation structure and increase the inter chain distance.A small amount of PS entering the PE block will increase the crystallization ability of the PE block.A large amount of PS entering the PE block will decrease the crystallization ability of PE and increase the inter chain distance of PE.When the content of CBC is less than 10%in the blends, the obvious phase separation behavior is not observed.At the same time, it is found that the difference of molecular weight has a very obvious effect on the compatibility of the two.For the same PS(PG383M),its compatibility with CBC1325 with small molecular weight difference is significantly better than that the CBC8210 with large molecular weight difference, so as to form a more uniform phase region, reduce the haze of the material and improve the transmittance.
