摘要
现有低品位含铀钼矿石处理工艺,存在钼浸出率低、浸出试剂消耗大、工业生产成本高等问题。通过对矿石拌酸熟化处理,重点考察了熟化矿石粒度、拌酸量、拌酸方式、温度、时间对熟化效果和钼浸出率的影响。试验结果表明:在矿石粒度-3.2 mm、拌酸质量分数13%、液固体积质量比4∶1 mL/g、熟化温度85℃、熟化时间15 h条件下,低品位含铀钼矿石经柱浸后钼浸出率可达72%。拌酸熟化工艺具有浸出周期短、浸出液固体积质量比低等优点,有利于实现工业化。
The existing ore treating and leaching technology for low grade uranium-bearing molybdenum ore has the problems of low molybdenum leaching efficiency,high consumption of leaching reagents and high cost of industrial production.By the means of curing the ore with acid,the effects of particle size,acid content,acid curing ways,temperature and time on the curing effect and molybdenum leaching rate were studied mainly.The experimental results show that the molybdenum leaching rate of low grade uranium-bearing molybdenum ore can reach 72%after column leaching under the conditions of-3.2 mm size,13%mass fraction of mixed acid,4∶1 mL/g liquid-solid ratio,85℃curing temperature and 15 h curing time.The process has the advantages of short leaching cycle and low liquid-solid ratio,which is conducive to industrialization.
