基于CiteSpace的我国护理职业认同相关研究的可视化分析 被引量:4

Visual analysis of nursing professional identity research status in China based on Citespace

摘要 目的 分析我国护理职业认同相关研究的文献发表情况、力量分布、研究热点及研究趋势。方法 以中国知网(China National Knowledge Infrastructure,CNKI)为检索源,检索2005—2021年我国护理职业认同相关的文献,初步筛选后将结果导入Excel和CiteSpace V(5.8.R3)软件,分析文献的时间分布、期刊分布,绘制机构分布、作者力量分布、关键词共现图谱并探测突现词。结果 共筛选出840篇文献,来自207本期刊,发刊量最多的为《中华现代护理杂志》,共44篇,年度发文量呈上升趋势,其中2020年发文量最多,为126篇。研究机构多为各高校的护理学院,发文量最多的是华中科技大学同济医学院医药卫生管理学院,共10篇,作者合作局限于机构内部,发文最多的是刘晓虹,共12篇。护士以及影响因素是护理职业认同相关研究的高频关键词,分别出现了172和98次。突现词探测发现离职意愿、心理授权、共情疲劳、本科等主题是近年我国护理职业认同相关研究的研究趋势。结论 我国有关护理职业认同的相关研究起步较晚,但发展速度快,建议今后加强机构和专业间合作,丰富研究类型。 Objective To analyze the status of literature publication,strength distribution,research focus,and research trend of nursing professional identity in China. Methods CNKI was used as the retrieval source to search the literature related to nursing professional identity in China from 2005 to 2021. After initial screening,the results were introduced into Excel and CiteSpace V(5.8.R3),the time distribution,periodical distribution,institution distribution,author power distribution,keyword co-occurrence map,and burst words were analyzed. Results A total of 840 papers were selected,which were from 207 journals. The number of publications in Chinese Modern Nursing Journal was the largest,which was 44 papers. The annual number of papers issued was on the rise,with the largest number in 2020(126 papers). Most of the research institutions were nursing schools in universities. The Medical and Health Management School of Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology had the largest number of papers(10 papers). The author’s cooperation was limited to internal institutions. LIU Xiao-hong had the largest number of papers(12 papers). Nurses and influencing factors were the high-frequency keywords in the study of nursing professional identity,which appeared 172 and 98 times respectively. The detection of emergent words showed that the research trend of nursing professional identity in China in recent years is turnover intention,psychological empowerment,empathetic fatigue and undergraduate. Conclusion The research on nursing professional identity in China starts late but develops quickly,so it is suggested that the the cooperation between institutions and inter-professional cooperation should be strengthened to enrich research types.
