摘要
运用系统文献研究、现场调研、专家访谈以及价值链分析的方法,以离散制造企业为研究对象,构建了考虑组织二元性的数字化能力成熟度模型,包含5个成熟度等级:规划级、规范级、集成级、优化级、引领级。基于战略、组织与文化、生产制造、供应链、产品、市场与服务6个维度,从二元论视角创新性地将评估体系分为利用型(Exploitation)数字化和探索型(Exploration)数字化两部分。所提出的二元数字化指数框架,能够更真实地反映离散制造型企业的现状,评估模型可以随着时间推移进行迭代,进而反映企业不同发展阶段追求业务优化和业务创新的动态演进,更好地实现数字技术与业务流程的匹配,使得企业在数字化转型中获得比较竞争优势。
Through a combination of systematic literature review, field investigation, expert interviews and value chain analysis, this paper presents a digital transformation capability maturity model of discrete manufacturing enterprises considering organizational duality, which consists of five maturity levels: planning level, specification level, integration level, optimization level and leading level. In view of the duality perspective, based on six dimensions of strategy, organization and culture, manufacturing, supply chain, marketing and services, this paper innovatively divides the evaluation system into two parts, namely, exploitation digitalization and exploration digitalization. The proposed dual digital index framework is more suitable for describing the current situation of discrete manufacturing enterprises. The evaluation model can be iterated over time, so as to reflect the dynamic evolution of business optimization and business innovation in different development stages of enterprises, and to better match digital technology with business process, which gains comparative competitive advantages for enterprises in digital transformation.
