摘要
传动误差是评价齿轮传动系统传动精度的关键性能指标,也是齿轮系统振动和噪声的激励源。目前,针对传动误差的研究大多局限于单对齿轮的分析和测试,对齿轮传动链的传动误差及其传递过程研究较少。本文从单对齿轮传动误差影响因素及特性出发,以行星摆线减速器为例,研究其传动误差来源和特性,并对测试数据进行分析。结果阐明了影响行星齿轮传动系统传动精度的主要因素及保证减速器运动精度的关键环节。
Transmission Error(TE)is the key performance parameter for evaluating the transmission accuracy of gear transmission system.It’s also the excitation source of vibration and noise.Nowadays,most of the study on TE is confined to the analysis and test of one-pair gears.The study on the TE of gear drive chain and the transfer process of TE is seldom carried out.In this paper,through considering the influence factors and the characteristics of TE of one-pair gear,the study on causation and characteristics of cycloidal-reducer’s TE has been carried out.And the test data of cycloidal-reducer’s TE has been analyzed.The results show the main influence factors of the transmission accuracy of planetary gears transmission system.The results also show the key to ensure the transmission accuracy of reducers.
