摘要
华北地区独特而优越的自然环境中,孕育着极其丰富的大型真菌种类和资源,为了深入探明山西省大型真菌物种资源的多样性及其生境、生态特点,对该地区大型真菌物种资源进行了采集和鉴定。鉴定过程中发现,采自历山和吕梁山地区的2个物种属于华北地区新记录种;通过rDNA的内转录间隔区(Internal transcribed spacer,ITS)特异性扩增、序列比对和系统发育树的构建以及详细的形态学描述确定了这2个物种的名称,分别为灰小包脚菇(Volvariella murinella)和东方球果伞(Strobilurus orientalis)。其中,灰小包脚菇(Volvariella murinella)的主要识别特征为担子果小型至中型,菌盖表面具辐射状细微纤毛,白色,中央淡米黄色,菌柄白色,光洁或具有纵向纤毛;东方球果伞(Strobilurus orientalis)的主要特征为担孢子小,光滑,椭圆形,侧生囊状体壁厚。研究确定了这2种大型真菌均首次在华北地区的山西省被发现,属于华北地区的新记录物种。
The unique and superior natural environment in North China is bred with extremely rich species and resources of macrofungi,in order to explore the diversity of macrofungi species resources in Shanxi province and their habitat and ecological characteristics,in this study,macrofungi species resources in the region were collected and identified.During the identification process,two species collected from the Lishan Mountain and Lüliang Mountain regions were found to belong to the new recorded species in North China.The names of these two species were determined by specific amplification of the internal transcribed spacer(ITS)of rDNA,sequence alignment,construction of phylogenetic trees,and detailed morphological description,namely Volvariella murinella and Strobilurus orientalis,respectively.The main distinguishing features of Volvariella murinella are that the Basidiocarp was small to medium-sized,Pileus had radial fine cilia,white,the center was light beige,the color of the stipe was the same as that of the Pileus,smooth or with longitudinal cilia;Strobilurus orientalis was characterized by small,smooth,oval basidiospores and thick Pleurocystidia wall.This study confirmed that these two macrofungi were first discovered in Shanxi province of North China,and they were new recorded species in North China.
