摘要
电力风险因素与电力项目造价贯穿整个电力工程的始末,识别电力风险因素并判断其与造价的紧密程度可为精准造价提供思路。结合当下的工程造价计算方法,文章分析电力工程造价的组成与计算,并剖析了电力工程造价的影响因素,提出通过相关性分析和线性回归分析探讨各影响因素之间的关系及各因素对整个工程造价的影响。最后基于造价风险识别,借助函数法与蒙特卡洛模型对影响电力工程造价的风险因素进行分析,以更贴合实际地进行电力工程造价控制。
Power risk factors and power project cost run through the whole process of power engineering. Identifying power risk factors and judging their closeness to cost can provide ideas for accurate cost. Combined with the current engineering cost calculation method, this paper analyzes the composition and calculation of power engineering cost, and analyzes the influencing factors of power engineering cost.It is proposed to explore the relationship between various influencing factors and the influence of various factors on the whole engineering cost through correlation analysis and linear regression analysis. Finally, based on the cost risk identification, the risk factors affecting the cost of power engineering are analyzed by means of function method and Monte Carlo model, so as to control the cost of power engineering more practically.
