金针菇自动采收机械设计

摘要 我国食用菌行业在采收等后端环节急需自动化升级改造。文章开发一种金针菇自动采收机,在对金针菇物性和采收特性研究的基础上,通过对采收机械手爪结构及材料的创新研究,采用硅胶材料做成一种自适应金针菇瓶身的结构,避免了采收时对金针菇捏伤挤烂的现象。该机工作流程与现有生产工艺相结合,无须改变旧工艺,具有结构简单、自动化程度高、运行可靠和成本低的特点。 Our country's edible mushroom industry is in urgent need of automation upgrade in the subsequent process such as harvesting.An automatic harvester of Enoki mushroom was developed,based on the research on the physical properties and harvesting characteristics of mushrooms.Through the innovative research on the structure and material of the claw of the harvesting machine,an adaptive Enoki mushroom bottle structure made of silica gel material was adopted to avoid pinching and crushing of Enoki mushroom during harvesting.The work flow of the machine is combined with the existing production process without changing the old process.It has the characteristics of simple structure,high degree of automation,reliable operation and low cost.
