CBL教学法结合临床教学路径在心脏外科护理带教中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的 分析以案例为基础的学习(case-based learning,CBL)教学法结合临床教学路径模式对广东省某三甲医院心脏大血管外科本科实习护生的影响。方法选取2020年6月—2021年4月在广东省某三甲医院心脏大血管外科的本科实习护生49名,2020年6—11月的24名实习护生为对照组,接受临床带教老师一对一跟班常规实习指导;2020年12月—2021年4月的25名实习护生为观察组,在常规实习指导基础上接受CBL教学法结合临床教学路径模式指导。比较两组护生出科考试成绩(理论、基础操作、专科操作)、综合能力。结果 观察组理论考核成绩、基础护理操作成绩、专科护理操作成绩均高于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组的综合能力(组织协调计划性、认真细致程度、有条不紊应变灵活性、查房讲课条理清晰度、理论知识掌握程度、技能操作熟练规范程度)得分均高于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 以案例为基础的教学结合临床教学路径模式能提高心脏外科本科实习护生的专科知识水平,增强综合能力。 Objecive To analyze the influence of case-based teaching combined with clinical teaching path mode on cardiac vascular surgery undergraduate nursing students in our hospital. Methods A total of 49 undergraduate nursing students enrolled in cardiac vascular surgery department of our hospital from June 2020 to April 2021 and 24 undergraduate nursing students enrolled from June to November 2020 were selected as the control group. They received routine practice guidance from clinical instructors. Twenty-five nursing students from December 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the observation group, and received CBL teaching combined with clinical teaching path model guidance on the basis of routine practice guidance. The two groups of nursing students were compared in terms of exam results(theory,basic operation, specialized operation) and comprehensive ability. Results The results of theoretical assessment, basic nursing operation and specialized nursing operation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The comprehensive ability of the observation group(organization, coordination and planning,seriousness and carefulness, methodical strain and flexibility, clarity of lecture round, mastery of theoretical knowledge, proficiency and standard of skill operation)scores were higher than the control group, all difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Casebased teaching combined with clinical teaching path model can improve the specialized knowledge level and enhance the comprehensive ability of undergraduate nursing students in cardiac surgery.
