实习生参与式小讲课在康复临床教学中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的 研究分析实习生参与式小讲课在康复治疗临床教学中的应用效果。方法 选取在重庆医科大学附属康复医院2021年1—12月期间实习康复治疗专业实习生60名作为本次研究对象,基于实习生的教学方法差别分为常规教学组与创新教学组,两组各有实习生30名,为常规教学组30名实习生采用传统常规临床教学方法,为创新教学组采用参与式小讲课临床教学方法,学习结束后对比两组实习生的理论知识考试得分、实践操作考试得分、实习生临床实习情况评分与实习生课程满意度情况。结果在考试得分方面,创新教学组理论知识考试得分、实践操作考试得分均明显优于常规教学组,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);在实习生临床实习情况评分方面,创新教学组实习生临床实习评分明显优于常规教学组(P <0.05);在实习生课程满意度评分方面,创新教学组实习生课程满意度评分明显优于常规教学组(P <0.05)。结论 在康复治疗临床教学中,相对于传统常规临床教学方法而言,实习生参与式小讲课方法能够有效的提升实习生的学习积极性,激发其主观能动性,提升课程质量与学习应用效果,增加实习生的课程满意度,临床应用价值较高。 Objecive To study and analyze the application effect of intern participatory small lectures in the treatment of clinical teaching in rehabilitation. Methods From January to December 2021, 60 interns majoring in rehabilitation therapy in Rehabilitation Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University were selected as the research objects.Based on the differences in the teaching methods of interns,they were divided into conventional teaching group and innovative teaching group. There were 30 interns in each group. For the conventional teaching group, 30 interns used traditional conventional clinical teaching methods, and for the innovative teaching group, clinical teaching methods of participatory small lectures were used, After the study,compare the scores of theoretical knowledge test, practical operation test, interns’ clinical practice score and interns’ curriculum satisfaction between the two groups. Results In terms of test scores, the theoretical knowledge test scores and practical operation test scores of the innovative teaching group were significantly better than those of the conventional teaching group, and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05). The internship score was significantly better than that of the conventional teaching group(P<0.05);in terms of the intern course satisfaction score, the intern course satisfaction score of the innovative teaching group was significantly better than that of the conventional teaching group(P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical teaching of rehabilitation, relative to traditional routine clinical teaching methods, the intern participatory small lectures method can effectively improve the positive learning enthusiasm of interns, stimulate its subjective initiative, enhance the quality of course quality and learning,and increase Intern of course satisfaction, clinical application is high, worth promoting.
