摘要
近年来我国大力推进精准扶贫—医联体建设,作为部队大型综合性医院,吸引了大量全国各地基层医院或部队医师来解放军总医院第一医学中心学习。针对麻醉科麻醉进修医师来自基层比例增加、临床能力参差不齐、培训需求及培训目标差异较大等特点,需要调整和改进教学模式,强化分层与分阶段培养、点面结合与个体化培训、多元化与同质化教学以及基于微信平台的高效沟通与学习,并建立远程网络授课平台、线上教学等长效帮扶机制。文章结合麻醉科实践,对医联体背景下麻醉进修医师教学模式的转变作一探讨,旨在为教学医院提供可借鉴的经验。
The construction of targeted poverty alleviation and medical alliance has been vigorously promoted in our country in recent years. As a large military general hospital,it has attracted a large number of grassroots hospitals or military doctors from all over the country to study in the First Medical Center of the Chinese PLA General Hospital.Due to increased proportion of primary practitioners, varied clinical abilities, training demands and training objectives of the trainee doctors in department of anesthesiology,the teaching model needs to be adjusted and improved.We emphasized the need for stratified and staged culture,combination of key and general knowledge, individualized training, diversified and homogenized teaching, and efflcient communication and learning using the WeChat. Additionally,long-term mechanism involving remote network teaching platform and online teaching should be constructed. Based on our practice, this article discusses the transformation of teaching model for refresher anesthetists in the medical alliance setting, which aimed to provide some referential experiences for teaching hospitals.
